I'm trying to get an output filter working but it's FUBAR somwhere.
My basic outline is Use the long title. But if thats empty, use the page title instead.

This is my tag:
```
[[*longtitle:is=``:then=`[[*pagetitle]]`]]
```
Can anyone spot why it's not working?

It should be like this:
```
[[*longtitle:empty=`[[*pagetitle]]`]]
```
