New To MODx-Inherited a production site and more questions than answers

Current Version: Says 1.0.5 up top in 'manager'....other than that....not sure if it is Evo or Revo.

Rather than post a 5 page document on what I inherited, what needs to change, what can this system do, should I upgrade MODx versions...I will ask for feedback in a couple areas:

Where can I find any tools or documentation on performing:

• Site review / audit?

-Security: Permissions
-Design: Inconsistencies in design or resource usage

• Upgrading

- Ease of upgrade. Rip an replace? In place?
- Benefits from my current current version to what-is-stable-today

You are using Evo, you should upgrade to 1.8 for the security patches alone. To upgrade, backup, download new version, upload the new files and run setup.
