[solved] ArchivistGrouper menu stopped selecting resources by Year

I am using getArchives inside of getpage which produced a menu to select resources by Year.
This was working perfect but I have just found out that whatever year link I select it just outputs all the results in date order, I know I updated getResources in the package manager the other day and can only presume that must have upset something but I dont for the life of me know what.
Can anyone please give me any clues on how to fix it I am using Rev 2.2.6 and have cleared the site cache and FURL's are turned on

The call that creates the Menu by Year links is this

```
The &groupByYear template contains this
```

```

I had to turn off furls it was this that was causing my issue, for info my call to create the menu now looks like this
```
[[!ArchivistGrouper? &useFurls=`0` &target=`73`  &parents=`28` &mode=`year` &depth=`3` &groupTpl=`GroupByYear`]] 
```
