Cannot Access Manager

Hi There,

I completed a fresh install a few minutes ago and was using the manager fine. Now whenever I try accessing the manager i get this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/cruiselo/public_html/core/model/modx/modmanagerresponse.class.php on line 41

Thats a get() of an action entry.. basically it's an item in the menu. Weird!
Try clearing the contents of the cache directory totally, sometimes it's necessary

Also try clearing your browser cache and cookies for the domain. I've had corrupted browser caches cause all kinds of odd errors, especially since the Manager uses a lot of javascript and browsers can be really stubborn about caching javascript.
