I tried the Import HTML tool (very sweet btw:) and all my docs are now unpublished. is there anyway I can publish bulk documents?
i don’t mind changing all to be published.

any ideas how to do that?
    TIA

there are a couple of manager modules to do bulk document processing; it might be easier and quicker to just set all the published fields to 1, if you’re comfortable using your phpMyAdmin interface, though.

Just open the modx_site_content table (actually any SQL tab will do the job) and put this in:
      UPDATE `modx_site_content` SET `published` = 1 WHERE `published` = 0

You can also use the Doc Manager module to publish or unpublish groups of documents.

Modules | Doc Manager | Other Properties

Click the "publish" checkbox, scroll down and specify documents 1-99 (or whatever) and
        click the "submit" button.

If it’s just a one-off situation like this, it is quicker, if you’re comfortable with working in your database. I would not want to come across as suggesting it for everybody, or to in any way suggest that the DocManager is not an excellent tool for long-term management features.
