user policies for S3

Hi there,
I am trying to come to terms with user policies, and could not find information on how I would restrict a user to a specific S3 bucket folder (instead of the whole bucket) as the one and only available media source for him. Is that possible at all, and does anybody know how I would have to go about and set such a user policy?
