Discuss - Add Forum Members

    Is there anyway to add forum users via the discuss component. You can edit/remove but doesn't see to be away of adding.

    I want to have a forum where users are added via a forum Administrator who only has access to the discuss CMP.

      Not sure if there is a way in the manager and don't have access to check at the moment, but a work around would be to hide the register form form everyone but the admin that is going to add them ( on the front end ) and have him add them from there.

        Yeah thats the work around I was thinking. Think it would be a nice feature request to allow user to be added via the CMP.

              You should just be able to create a new MODX user without giving access to the manager, and that would then sync to Discuss when they login.
