Livechat and support knowledgebase and ticket solutions

Does anyone have any recommendation’s of the best applications to use for Livechat, Support Tickets and Knowledgebase and if any have been integrated to Modx.

Its a growing areas where customer need on-line support services for their websites. I have tried a couple but someone may have a better suggestion when working with Modx
