    Hi all,

I'm struggling to embed our Twitter feed onto our site using ModX Evolution 1.0.2. When I put the code below into the html of the page yesterday it showed up fine, but then visiting the page today, it just shows as 'Tweets by @Quest4Change' with a link to us on Twitter.

    <a class="twitter-timeline" href="https://twitter.com/Quest4Change" data-widget-id="306438784239669248">Tweets by @Quest4Change</a>
    <script>!function(d,s,id){var js,fjs=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];if(!d.getElementById(id)){js=d.createElement(s);js.id=id;js.src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js";fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js,fjs);}}(document,"script","twitter-wjs");</script>

I've been looking through the forums but am a bit bewildered - I'm not a developer (evidently!) and don't understand all the terminology used, but if anyone's able to help, that would be fantastic.

    Thanks!

    Rose

Is that the code from twitter ?

If so put that into a chunk and then add the call to your chunk in either the content of the page ( using the HTML tag ) or in the template.

Also make sure you've correctly specified the domains and any subdomains (e.g. example.com, www.example.com, blog.example.com) in the widget setting on Twitter.

If you want to go a customisable route, the TwitterX add-on works well in my experience.
