File System tab showing ALL files on server?

Revo 2.2.5: Has anyone ever come across the situation where the filesystem on the Files tabs lists all the files on a server (i.e. all files for other websites also hosted on the same server), rather than just the media folder for the website in question. Is there a setting somewhere that sets this? It was showing the files for only their website but now displays all files (you have to drill down through <websitename> to get the website files, but it is a massive security problem the fact that they can see files for other websites?

Seems like a problem in the webserver or a problem in $modx_base_path.
