Answered [SOLVED] Migration Issues - Cannot link to database

    I am moving my site from development to live, on the same server. I have followed all the instructions on http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Moving+Your+Site+to+a+New+Server, focussing particularly on the config files.

    My site shows no content from the database and the manager is just a white page.

    Any ideas what step I have missed? Any suggestions?

      It turns out that the permissions on the core cache were too tight and needed to be 777.

        Are you sure all the files are uploaded(tried uploading again) when using FTP it happens a lot that files get forgotten or uploaden partially.

        While typing someone called, pressed enter and saw it was already solved. smiley
