register_globals is set to ON

Ok - I’ve searched and can’t find the answer to this one. I have a new site I’ve built using 9.6. I can’t get rid of the ’register_globals is set to ON’ message. When I contacted the host they is it is definitely OFF. When I go into the Manager/Reports/System Info/phpInfo it tells me this is set to OFF. PHP Version is 4.3.9.

How can I get this to work properly?
