dev clouds use production domain?

is it possible to create subdomains from your production domains to use with your dev clouds?

e.g clientsite.mysite.com ?

Yes. I think you would set up the subdomain in your DNS as usual, then add the subdomain (clientsite.mysite.com) in your main domain's Domains tab (Add New Domain, and it's This Cloud's)
