Unable to delete/ move files in filetree

Hi everyone,

I've been using modx for a while now and I'm getting an error that I've never seen before and haven't been able to find any documentation on. I have a client who claimed to have an issue moving files (arranging in folders/ subfolders etc) and deleting them. I checked it out and it's true, when I move a file it shows that it's moved, but once the tree refreshes it is back in the original place. This also happens when deleting files. I checked the error log and shows about a hundred of these errors:

Any idea what the issue could be? I would really appreciate the help. We are running Revolution 2.2.4-pl traditional.
