  • Hi guys,
    I can neither create nor destroy clouds at the moment.
    My account has been reporting 'destroying' two clouds for at least 3 hours.
    I tried to purchase a new production cloud 10 minutes ago and it is reporting 'creating' ever since (cc payment went through).
    Got a deadline I'm working to and a little stressed, any help appreciated.

        I was yes, support subsequently fixed it.
