Hello!
I'm experiencing a rather unusual issue with MODX Register form which is working properly, but you have to click the submit button twice in order for it to work. When you first click submit, it refreshes the page and then you have to click it again for the form to be submitted and redirected to the post login page.
Does anybody have any clue what may be causing this behavior?
Any Javascript in that page?
There is quite some JS on the page but I discovered that the thing causing page to be reloaded without finishing the registration is the solution which I applied in order to build a username. I created a hidden field with the id of username which as value had a snippet which would generate the username by taking the post vales from the form. Thay worked but only after sending the post data and the reloading the form again.
I did that because post or preHooks did not seem to be working for me in a situation where registration form does not contain a username field but one has to be created.
