Formit Suddenly not working again with multiple forms.

I have two forms on most pages, and some pages with three forms. I had Formit set up/ tested/ working with multiple forms, but about a week ago it just suddenly stopped working with multiple forms, and isn't throwing errors.

Since the two static forms don't really have much validation, I set them up to process in intermediate pages before the "thank you". Now with just one formit call on a page (contact request) it is still not processing the content forms.

I'm on Revo 2.2.6 and Formit 2.1.2, and the only thing that has happend on the site since they stopped working is a few content changes. I am open to converting the other forms to have an intermediate page do the processing, but since they have more validation, how would that work to send them back upon a validation failure? Okay, got this functionality working with a custom validator. Need to tell our designers to stop putting multiple forms on a page.
