Hi I'm a new Modx user and just wondering is it possible to have a symlink for a submenu to other another page in the tree when the main page is using the code [[!$anchorListChildren]] to list all those resources (pages). It dosn't seem to work and just display's the path to the original page. hope that makes some sense.
We are using this on our site for book reviews where the reviews are repeated in different sections and want to avoid duplicating content.

I found in the case of resources with getResources calls that I needed to specify the &parents property, even though the parent was the target resource. Since by default getResources presumes the "current" resource as the parent, using a symlink would pull the content, which is now in the symlink resource, so MODx presumes this symlink resource to be the parent. Explicitly assigning the &parent property solved that problem.
In your case, you are calling an uncached chunk. What's in the chunk?
