Rotating Text (with and without image)

Hi, Does anyone know if there is an add-on for rotating text, i.e. rotate a series of quotes on the screen, fading in and out?

I am also looking for the best way of adding image specific text to slideshow manager. i currently have slideshow manager transitioning between a series of images but now need to change the text associated with each image as the images itself changes - i would rather not make the text part of the image, so that it can easily be changed - anyone know what the best way of doing this is?

Choose a Javascript slideshow with captioning. Use MIGx to provide a form so you can select an image and enter its caption. The basic documentation example would suit your purposes just fine. http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/MIGX

I've used exactly this example as-is, with changes to the getImageList tpl, for several different Javascript slideshow scripts.

here you will need two getImageList-calls. One for the slides. The other one for the accordion.

Thanks - Slidorion looks great and although i have got it working perfectly with MIGX its not quite what i was looking for. I don't want the text to slide up the screen with the headings still visible, but rather for the text to slide/fade in and out (including headings) - does anyone have any other recommendations?
