Hi All,
Im new to modX and I have a big issue that I hope someone would be able to assist me with please. I just recently upgraded from 2.0.8-pl to 2.2.8-pl the installation said it was a success however no links off the home page would work it was just keep taking me back to the home page. To fix this it took me a long time and eventually i come to the conclusion if i open the resource change the option that says "users template" save, refresh then change the template back to what I originally had, save, refresh the page works... BUT I have to do this for ever single page/resource... does anyone know Why or How this may have happened? Also, is there a way to reapply the template to a number of pages at the same time as this is very time consuming doing each page one by one.

Install the Batcher extra. It will show up on the Components top menu (after you clear the cache and reload the Manager page). It will let you change templates for multiple docs.
I can't think of any reason why that would be happening if the templates are still set correctly, unless it's because of the uri field, which is populated when you save a resource, but shouldn't come into play unless Freeze URI is also selected.
If using Batcher doesn't work, let us know. If it's the uri field, a utility snippet to set it should be fairly simple.
