MyComponent would be massive overkill in terms of the size of the installation, but with it you could delete most of the config file except for the resources section and the package definition at the top, then just edit that file and specify the resources (they can be specified by pagetitle, ID, or parent). Bootstrap, ExportObjects, and Build will run from the command line, so once you specify the resources, you could just 'exec' them in that order and you'd have your package. You can also bring along TVs and Templates and have them all connected up automatically if you want.
