Answered New dev clouds not resolving on NL-AMS?

Any body having trouble getting new clouds resolving on NL-AMS? I've created a new cloud but keep getting the MODX error page on both the frontend and manager locations. [ed. note: jonleverrier last edited this post 13 years, 7 months ago.]

I did one recently that worked, but it took me a while to figure out how to set the A record at NameCheap. Until I did that, I got a 404.

Ouch! Yes, indeed, same problem! Was fine just the other day.

This should be resolved as of now, but we'll be looking this week into what might be causing the DNS resolution issue. Thanks all for pointing this out - and a quick reminder, for faster support, always issue a ticket through the Help tab in the Dashboard; we monitor that system far more often than the forums.
