I did a site 4 years ago in Evo.
I've just updated it so that it's responsive, it was straight forward.
Evo hasn't got all the bells and whistles of Revo & the cloud but it got it spot on allowing separation of presentation and function.

Only ever had 1 issue upgrading revo and that was probably down to me, with over 150 sites under my belt I've never had so few problems with any other system so yeh, this system was built and designed by people that knew what they were doing and they have / continue to do an incredible job, that's why I love modx, just wish I had more time to become a AMB but hopefully in the future
