No i think, i did nt use "Alias" field in the resources..

Then it won't use an alias, it will use the resource ID. You can have it automatically make an alias if you set the System Setting to do so. I don't believe that this will make automatic aliases for already existing resources, though. You will have to edit the ones already existing and add an alias.

System -> System Settings, Filter by Area -> Friendly URL, automatic_alias to Yes.

after follow your step's .. still i am getting page id in my url ..

Hey i have solve this issue ..

i have change
System -> System Settings, Filter by Area -> Friendly URL,use_alias_path to Yes..

after that now i can get page name in url's ..

Now last issue is still pending .. can u tell me which page have child's that show as

www.domain.com/news/

and which page have not any child's that show as

www.domain.com/about.html

how can i fix it ..?

how can i remove .html from all pages ..?

Go to System -> Content Types, find the row for HTML, double-click on the File Extension field, and delete the .html, then click outside of the field.

This step's you already told me .. and i have already follow your these step's also .. after that the .html still apear's on some page's.. bt not on all page's ..!

no idea's ..?
