Hi, Wanted to get opinions. I let users submit articles to my site using ArticleLive, also has comments and ratings. Is there a Modx snippet that can do this, what is the best way to go about this. I am thinking of using something like ArticleLive along side of ModX for the article part. Hoping a solution exist in Modx. All I can find is Ditto but not sure that fits the need. Thanks!

You’re on the correct path: Ditto is a great tool for summarizing documents in MODx. NewsPublisher and a few other add-ons provide publishing capabilities. And for the additional features you mention, you can use Jot for comments, and I believe there is a rating snippet or two.
The key is, MODx add-ons for doing this are generally more like building blocks to craft solutions from, rather than out-of-the-box article management solutions like ArticleLive. Perhaps this system could be used along-side MODx, but I’m not familiar with that product at all so I’ll reserve any comments on that.
