    I can't locate information on limiting a users access to a media folder.

    Basically I'd like them only to have access to upload images to a specific image folder and hide all the rest.
      Everything I know I learned on the internet. Saved me thousands in College tuition,

      Lock up other media source(s) (filesystem), by giving only the Admin usergroup access to it, minimum role etc. http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Securing+a+Media+Source

      Create the media source you want, say, PaidMembersMedia,

      Create the desired usergroup and give only them access to this new media source.

      It will be like locking up Resource groups by binding them to usergroups; it's all in the Access Level Policy.
