As I have 3 subsites managed by the same installation of modx I came across this situation that Modx does not allow for duplicating URI even though they are from different subsites, which means they are assigned to different context types.
In my understanding it should depends on Context type and allow for similar URIs on different types.

That should not be the case unless you have changed the value for the System Setting global_duplicate_uri_check to Yes (1). It is set to No (0) by default, which should allow the same URI in different Contexts.
Thanks for your reply. I made sure it is set to No and as I imported a bunch of pages got the same error while cleaning the cache.
Resource URI en/msub-advisors.html already exists for resource id = 1408; skipping duplicate resource URI for resource id = 1410
Resource URI fr/msub-advisors.html already exists for resource id = 1409; skipping duplicate resource URI for resource id = 1411
any thoughts on that?
