Yes all the permission are there as you describe. then also it is giving same error. Please help.

Have you tried deleting all the files out of the core/cache folder?

hmm, when moving to the live server, did you followed all steps from here?

Check all the paths and URLs in core/config/config.inc.php file.

You probably want to delete or edit that last post, which gives away your manager location and other info that would be useful for hackers.

You might check the path in the modx_workspaces table in the DB and the one in the various config.core.php files:

 MODX root directory
 /manager/
 /connectors/
 /setup/includes/
