I am not sure how to do what you asked, but the personalize addon can display different chunks for logged in users.

Okay let me tell you about my problem, maybe u can find a better solve for this.
When use is loggin in, the login snippet is redirecting user to page with id 9. That page is created for users, with the Member section template. But when from http://stereoshoots.com/index.php?id=9 i'm moving to http://stereoshoots.com/ - its loading lngLogoutChunk. So how i do, that http://stereoshoots.com/index.php?id=9 and http://stereoshoots.com/ are same after logging in?

I would create a "members" chunk with the content of your container div in this page - http://stereoshoots.com/index.php?id=9 , and a "guest" chunk with the content of the main div on this page - http://stereoshoots.com/.
Then you can use the personalize snippet to display the correct chunk:

[[!Personalize?
    &yesChunk=`members`
    &noChunk=`guest`
]]

you can view the personalize tutorial here - http://bobsguides.com/personalize-tutorial.html
