Has anybody had a go at integrating TinyPass (
http://www.tinypass.com) with MODX?
The API (
http://developer.tinypass.com/main/index) looks simple enough but I guess that is usual until you actually implement it.
Are there any other worthwhile alternatives? Perhaps Cleeng (
http://cleeng.com/open/) or MediaPass (
http://www.mediapass.com/)
I need to implement a yearly paid subscription to blog content on a site.

You might want to check into
http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/SubscribeMe, it's far from perfect, but could be a good starting point for you.
