Appears that the Mgr components to define sections for tickets is in the core components but there is no way to define sections within the manager and therefore no way to create a ticket. I looked everywhere possible for a place to define tickets, even modified the form with a hardcoded option value to no avail. I'm running this one on cloud so I can't access the backend db to enter sections manually.
Unless I am missing something this is unusable. I understand it's a Beta and all and would love to use it.
Update on this. I learned I do have access to the db on the cloud thanks to the awesome MODX support system. After looking at the table structure I see nothing related to sections in there at all. I guess I'm confused as to the definition of a "section" addon. How are they defined? Has anyone gotten this running? If so, how did you work around this section chicken/egg thing? Everything reported in Github is in Russian and no help to me.
