Modx Evolution 1.0.8 problem during installation

Hi, my name is Daniele and i live in Italy.
I am using modx for a new website, but i have a problem during installation.

"Ceck if Register_Globals is disable: Fail!"

In global php.ini the value is set: - register_globals = Off [Security, Performance]

What can i do?

Your installation is accessing a different php.ini file. Create a file named info.php, and in it put

Upload this file to the location of your /manager folder, then load it in your browser (http://whatever/manager/info.php). You will be able to find the location of the php.ini file that is being used for that location.

So it's using the php.ini file in /conf/php/.

Yes, but in this file i see this:
