GroupELetters confirmation links problems

Hi,
I'm using the GroupELetters add-on for MODX Revolution 2.2.6-pl.
I've created a confirm page that just adds the [[!GroupEletterConfirm]] Snippet and set this page id in the signup page FormIt snippet call.
Upon subscription, I do receive the confirmation email but when I click on the link I get a blank page. I'm simply using the snippet without modification.
What am I doing wrong?

Just to double check, do you have a resource with the [[!GroupEletterConfirm]] snippet on it? You'll need that and set the ID of that resource in the GroupEletterSignup Chunk like thus:

  &hooks=`spam,GroupEletterSignup,redirect` 
  &redirectTo=`71` 
  &validate=`email:required:email,first_name:required,last_name:required` 
  &confirmPage=`ID OF YOUR RESOURCE` <------------------ Make sure this matches the resource with the [[!GroupEletterConfirm]] call on it.  
  &emailSubject=`Newsletter confirmation`
  &emailReplyTo=`[[++groupeletters.replyEmail]]`
  &emailFromName=`[[++groupeletters.fromEmail]]`
  &emailFrom=`[[++groupeletters.fromName]]`
  &emailTpl=`GroupEletterSignupMail`
]]

If that doesn't do it, please check the url from the email sent to see if it's pointing at your confirm resource.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I can now confirm the subscription, thanks!
However I still have a problem with sending out newsletters.
I can't get the newsletter to be sent to subscribers. I've configured cron Manager. I do receive the Test email but the news letter is not sent on the published date of the newsletter. The cron manager log shows "Newsletters Queue ran successfully". What am i doing wrong?
