New Evo site. How to know if I am administrator ?

I've been asked to maintain an Evo site that I didn't build but I suspect I am not an Administrator. Is there any way to know for certain and make myself an admin?

When I login and select Elements > Manage Elements, I can not see a Snippets or Plugin Tab at all. I notice a lot of the Templates are locked too which suggests to me that the details I were given were not Admin rights.

When I select Users > Manage Users, I can see a few users and the role is set to Publisher. When I edit a User there only seems to be Editor and Publisher listed as a User Role.

Check your user, it will say what user group you belong to, and what role. If it does not have Administrator role, then your user is limited. You will need to have access to a user with the Administrator role.

Looks like the login details I have for the client are Publisher roles. I just assumed that I would see a list of administrators in the Manager Users page. But thinking of that now, it doesn't make sense that this would be the case.

It's so wierd being stuck in a publisher role. Client can't get in touch with previous developers so I suppose I'll have to get the admin details from the database?

You will need to get into the database and change the admin user's password, then you can login as the admin user.
