Quickly install multiple packages

Hi,

I use the same 6 or 7 packages for every site - just wondering if there is a quicker way to install them then searching one by one in the package manager ?

It's much easier if you use packman to create a custom package with all the packages you want to install as well as chunks, templates, snippets and Template Variables.

thanks, I do use packman for chunks & templates (don't think you can include tv's? ), but I thought you should not include 3rd party snippets/plugins ?

As far as I know, TV's connected to the template will be included.

3RD party snippets/plugins that originally come from the Repository will lose there connection to the repository and must be update manually.

good to know about the TVs thanks.

I thought that was the problem with packman and 3RD party snippets/plugins.
