Installation and Migration help

Hi,


I got a new hosting account from Hostpaedia.com while I was on Arvixe before.
I have a ModX site on my previous account and wanted to shift that to my new hosting account.
If I install manually on new host I get the blank page after installing.

I had used softaculous to install that before. Can anyone guide me. Its uptodate thanks to softaculous.
