Permissions - For the love of all things sane!

I have a TV I created to allow each User Group to insert their logo on the pages. For some crazy reason unknown to me they are not able to see it as the directions would indicate.

• Screenshot1 shows that none of the Resource Groups are checked so according to the text anyone should be able to see it.
• Screenshot2 show the templates that have access.
• Screenshot3 show that my users can not see the TV. The weird part is that the Side Bar items has the exact same settings but they can see that one.

I need some help and if anyone can point me in right direction on the permissions thing I would love it! The one thing that makes my want to dump MODx are the overly complicated.

You have not attached any special access controls to Elements (say,a category to which the logo TV belongs) have you? Recheck that the TV is really bound to the template your user is viewing. Clear cache and flush permissions...

Duplicate the logo TV and see if the new one works. Duplicate the Sidebar TV (the one that already works), see if the new one is viewable by your users, change the settings to logo Tv.

The TV is bound to your template but if you have a element access control permission set and the user doesn't have access to it they will not have access to the TV.
