with MODx 0.9.5 it seems possible to duplicate pages from within the tree structure, and they keep the same alias, even when allow duplicate aliases is set to no in the friendly URL settings. Can anyone confirm if this is also still possible in higher versions?

In 0.9.6, there is no alias set when duplicating a document. When trying to insert an already existing alias, you get an error message.
