Tag Multiple Images After they have been uploaded

Is there a way to add a tag to more than one image at time? Say I have an album of 50 images that have all ready been uploaded. I want to tag 20 of them with the same tag. Is there a way to select all 20 and tag them all? Or do I have to do them 1 at a time?

Any one?

I would also like this capability. Maybe MigXDB could do it, but if you haven't used it it'll be a learning experience.
