When somebody sets a link on some text via tinyMCE, is there a solid way of listing documents/resources? I know if you use search box below the Link URL field, it will present you with a selection. I also understand, the search method was more favourable for larger sites, but in this scenario, the site i'm putting together is rather small.

I have been doing some research on the forums this morning and couldn't find any thing constructive.

@sottwell - I drag and drop from the tree over to my highlighted text in the TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor but nothing happens (it doesn't want to take the drop). However I can drag and drop from the page tree to another field (like introtext) for example. Never knew you could do that smiley

Not a big issue about a link list - a client asked me about it today and wondered if anybody else had found a solution or work-a-round.

Hm. Works in CKEditor. I'll have to install TinyMCE and see what that does.

Well, doesn't work in TinyMCE. Does work without the RTE. Works great with CKEditor. Drag-and-drop to highlighted text to make a link out of it, drag-and-drop into the text to create a link with the dragged resource's pagetitle as the link text.

Iframe (on wich rtes relay on) is the foreign document, top document can not handle mousemove events over iframes. CKEditor does the trick: it creates overlay <div> while dragging smiley

@sottwell @danya_postfactum - Perhaps I should try out CKEditor smiley

@danya_postfactum - does CKEditor play ball with MIGX? Just installed CKEditor but rich text fields don't show up in MIGX.

Unortunately no. I'll fix this issue in a week. Sorry.

@danya_postfactum - great effort with CKEditor smiley So many things could of prevented the RTE from showing up within MIGX. Just wanted to double check it wasn't something I was doing.
