I’ve just done a new installation of 0.9.6. The created web site works fine (FURLS and all). The only quirk is that when I go into File Manager. I see the root directory but when I click on any subdirectory, I get something like this.

    Directory listing for:ssets

    Access denied!

The initial letter of the directory name is cut off and I can’t access anything below the root. The path specified in Tools | Configuration is correct and I don’t know where else to look to solve this.

Doh! It’s embarassing, but I’ll leave this here in case anyone else runs into the same problem.

After writing the message above, I looked yet again at the path in Tools | Configuration and found this:

      /home//mydomain/public_html/

(I’ve ordered my new computer glasses but they haven’t come yet embarrassed )

I still don’t understand how the double slash allowed File Manager to access the root (public_html) but cut off the first letter of the subdirecteries below that or why the error is "Access denied." huh
