that's what I get for scanning your response - I read "plugin" as "extra" and just didn't click that "OnPageNotFound" was the name of an event.
Do you know off hand if that is one of the events that is actually implemented? [some of them are not!]

Shouldn't be to hard to trick that out to deliver a 200 response for specific files we want to ignore...?
