I have a call to the WebSignup snippet on one of my pages. The form shows up on the page, however, when I enter information and submit the form nothing happens. The page seems to submit but there is no indication that anything was entered into the database. When I check the database, it confirms there is nothing submitted.

I haven’t changed anything in the WebSignup snippet and my snippet call looks like this:
    [[WebSignup? &groups=`friends`]]

    Any help would be appreciated.

That snippet is a form and either the page has to be uncached or the snippet call needs to be uncached:
      [!WebSignup? &groups=`friends`!]

The reason is that forms have to be processed once submitted. If they’re cached when they’re originally output there’s no way for them to process later because they’re cached in their original state and that’s the way they’ll be every time you load the page (as an empty form).

Ah! I completely forgot about the "[!" versus "[[".

        Thank you! It works now.
