Add permission to view summary of private doc possible?

I think that you need to use the depth parameter together with the seeThruUnpub. Depth defaults to 1 and it seems that you are 2 or 3 levels deep.

I tried with a depth of 2 thru 4 and the summary of the private pages still aren’t showing. I’ve got to be missing something simple here, I don’t understand why the &hidePrivate parameter is not working like it should. Am I misunderstanding the function of the &hidePrivate parameter?

Edit: Btw, dev_cw thanks for your help. This issue is so frustrating, it’s the one thing keeping me going live with the site.

derekm: I think I stumbled upon the solution to your issue on another post. The recommendation is to update to the latest beta of Ditto and apply the fix posted on the link bellow. I will be giving this a try later on since I face the same issue on a site I am building.
