Custom manager page export custom tables to CSV

So I've made my first CMP following the Doodles rtfm all works great after some trial and error. I want to add an export to csv button but I'm getting stuck. Looked at the Formz extra and Formsave extra which have what I want but can't really figure out how to attach the function to the button. Could anyone give some pointers? Thanks

May be, its possible to create your CMP with help of MIGXdb. There you can add an exportToCsv - button by MIGX - configuration.
