      Hi skimer,

Is there a particular time this does or does not happen? What steps have you done to diagnose the problem?
Try viewing from another browser; try clearing the cache from MODx and from the browser.

Make sure the template or elements (chunks and snippets) are not restricted by Access Policies.
Of course make sure the template is selected.

      What is the status now?
        TinymceWrapper: Complete back/frontend content solution.
Harden your MODX site by passwording your three main folders: core, manager, connectors and renaming your assets (thank me later!)
5 ways to sniff / hack your own sites; even with renamed/hidden folders, burst them all up, to see how secure you are not.

Sometimes it's good to view the HTML source, and then see what's broken with the static HTML.

            donshakespeare,
It happens when I try to modify any page: In admin page I select certain page and when I click "edit" Modx see any files in template...
I'm sure it is not a problem of browser, I tryed to make changes from different browsers and computers.
So I need to load back-up of base in fileZilla..
May this problem be connected with my hoster?

Try to see paths to yours css and other files on web page and check files permissions.
