We have a site that we've been running in MODx evolution 1.0.4. Recently, we noticed that the manager login page would display the error Username / Password incorrect even when the correct user/password was used. After updating to 1.0.8 yesterday it worked properly for a single login and then started giving us the error message again. After looking into the logs on the server (we have shared hosting with Rackspace) I noticed the login process is failing when attempting to connect to the database:

The strange thing is, the rest of the site is working fine, and using a forgotten password email link logs us in just fine as well. Has anyone run into this? Any ideas to get the manager login back up and working?
