No output from Wayfinder & getResources snippets after deployment

Apologies if this has been documented elsewhere, I searched around the forums and didn't come up with anything.

I recently deployed a modX revo site (v 2.2.6-pl (traditional)). I do not know much about the server config but can request any necessary information from the webmaster. I do know that it is a windows server (I know, not my choice) with the necessary extensions installed. The site displays fine, but these two snippets don't seem to be outputting any content. It isn't even outputting any errors. Both snippets have been successfully upgraded to the latest versions. I have the same site configured on my staging server (a unix shared host) and it's working fine. I have included links to the deployed & staging sites below, any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Gotta get this broken site fixed!

Those are the two that I can immediately notice not outputting like they should be. I think the conflict must be outside the snippets though as the same exact setup on a different server works fine.

You need to upgrade your database (and possibly the core). You are using a 2.2.0 or earlier database but code in the core (or possibly a reference in your tpl Chunks for one of those Snippets) is referencing the properties field of the modResource class (site_content table) that was added for 2.2.1+.

I see, that would make sense, I just noticed that my staging is running v 2.2.0. What would be the easiest way of going about doing this? I have fairly limited experience with databases. Thank you for your help!

Just do a normal upgrade of the site, download the latest zip and upload it to the site (live and/or dev) overwriting the existing files, then run setup. It should handle everything for you.
