hi,
I have added one manager user with some restricted permission
and after he once logged in and edit document,
i can’t edit this document because i’m getting a message that this user now editing this document!
so i tried to delete that user and that not help,
than i saw in the database in the table - active_users
that the user still exist there, and when i deleted his record there, the issue been fixed.
i think i had the same problem before with modx 0.9.5,
and i wanted to share this problem here, to know if it a bug or just my problem.

Go to Tools and click on ’Remove Locks’. That should solve it.
