AdvSearch displaying content that it shouldn't

come accross something wierd with AdvSearch, if i search for two parameters it returns back results that does not contain EITHER parameter.

I based it off of http://www.revo.wangba.fr/search-in-tv.html

Essentially we only want to search within that single TV field, but if i search for something in the field, it returns a correct result, if i search for two items within the field it returns the correct result, if i search for two items that are NOT in the field it returns the result also.

and im stumped

Using the latest version from the repo as well
